Our usual shipping method is UPS Ground or USPS. Standard shipping is FREE for all orders. Small orders will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service. All others will ship UPS ground.

How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 4 to 6 working days to process and make your award before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 2 to 5 days to reach you with UPS or USPS shipping.

Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from Florida.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes, overnight or 2nd day shipping is available at an extra cost. If you need expedited shipping please contact us with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them.

What if the items are not in stock when I order?
Our products are engraved and assembled at the time of your order. If any of your items are out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by CLICKING HERE. Please include the item name and number in your enquiry.
