Return Policy:

Returns are generally not accepted for anything engraved. If we make a mistake engraving your item we will re-engrave the item for free. For engraved or sublimated (printed) items you will get an email containing a PDF of the artwork or plate layout for your approval. Once approved corrections will be done at an added cost.

If you have a problem with an engraved item CONTACT US immediately.

If your item arrives damaged contact UPS or USPS directly. Then contact us with their report.

Due to the handmade nature of some of our products there will be some small variations in size and hue.

Due to the variations in monitors, colors of the actual products may vary from the pictures shown. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to CONTACT US.
