About Us:

Which came first....the trophy or the plaque......

We aren't sure either, but, for right now we're focusing on plaques as the main feature on our brand new web site. We are including some of our resin little league team trophies (easy to ship). We will add more later.

Dudley's Wholesale Trophies has been serving the entire Southeast since 1984. Based in Pinellas County, FL we've become known for our color work as well as our unique "more than just a plaque" motifs which feature items which might pertain to a certain place or theme.

From the traditional, such as a drive-in restaurant theme for a car show or cruise in, to the more unique, like an applied 3-dimensional flamingo for an event at Cypress Gardens, Dudley's can fill your special event needs with award plaques which will definitely stand out from the crowd.

Ordering:

Ordering is simple. Select the product you want and fill in the quantity. There are two boxes for you to enter text for your plaques/plates. One for text that never changes and the other for text that changes from plate to plate like names, class, place etc.

Some plaques have options like color or plate color. These will always be a select button. You can pick out what fonts you wish to use or let us decide. To see a list of fonts and their codes you may use for ordering CLICK HERE for a PDF.

We include 200 characters of engraving / printing with each item. Anything above that will incur an extra charge. And there is FREE shipping by UPS ground or standard USPS mail on all orders. For next day or 2 day service there will be an extra charge.

If you wish to include a logo or graphic with your order you will get the chance to upload one before you check-out. This will bring up a form allowing you to upload a graphic file and asking you for your name and company/team name so we can match your graphic to your order. We will always email you or call you if we have a question.

If your order is a large one, generally 20 plaques or more with name, class and place changes you may want to fax or email your information to us. Our fax number is
727-547-8083 and email dudleystrophies@verizon.net. You can attach a word, text or excel document of your information.

You can fax, email or mail us an idea for a sublimated (printed text and graphics or photos on metal) or laser engraved plaque and we will design it for you. You will need to get a quote on this since we will be doing the artwork. We always send you a proof of the plaque for your approval before starting your order.

We accept these credit cards through PayPal online payments:

You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card. But you may use your PayPal balance to purchase your items.

You also may elect to pay by check / money order through postal mail.
or order by credit card through postal mail. (If using a check It will delay the start of your order until your check has cleared.) There is an option for this at check-out.

A debit card with the Visa or Master Card logo is the same as a credit card to us.
